What To Bring To Your Appointment...


Please bring these documents in with you to your appointment or fax them to 425-605-3293:

  1. W2 2006 & 2007
  2. 2 Most recent pay stubs from all current forms of employment
  3. All Asset information – 2 months worth or a quarterly statement ALL PAGES
    1. 401k, IRA, retirement accounts
    2. Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds
    3. Checking and Savings information
  4. Your Mortgage statement
    1. 1st and 2nd mortgages
    2. If you own multiple properties, please bring statements for ALL
  5. If you own rental properties, please bring a list of your tenant’s names, along with the rent amounts (lease agreements, if you have them)
  6. If you are Self Employed, please bring a copy of your business license
  7. Home Owners Insurance information
